Purchasing & Contracts

There are many opportunities for vendors, contractors, and consultants to do business with CCC. All vendors must contact the Purchasing Department to schedule an appointment, which are based upon availability. No vendor may contact College staff directly without going through the Purchasing Department. The Purchasing Department will be offering upcoming monthly/quarterly sessions on “How to Do Business with CCC” at our various campuses/centers. Scheduling vendor session opportunities will be forthcoming at a later date on our Purchasing website.

Camden County College is one of New Jersey’s largest and most comprehensive community colleges. The College has four locations: Blackwood (main campus) and Blackwood (Regional Emergency Training Center located in the Lakeland complex), City of Camden and Cherry Hill. CCC annually serves more than 25,000 students through more than 100 degree and certificate programs, hundreds of non-credit courses, Technical Institute programs and an array of cultural programming. Our credit students attend classes in more than 100 degree and certificate programs, encompassing both the technical fields, liberal arts, business and sciences.

 

Downloading Bid and RFP Specifications

Camden County College participates in Camden County’s online service to allow potential bidders/respondents the ability to download Bid and RFP specifications from a secure website. The County Procurement website allows suppliers to search the College’s open Bids and RFPs that they may be interested in and to have the specification downloaded directly to them. There is no charge to sign up or search the listings. We want to invite you to sign up for this service. Potential vendors are required to submit information on the County Procurement website in order to create your own user name and password for access to the website. Vendors can register to download all purchasing opportunity documents from the Camden County website by clicking the following button.
