CCC Rolling Out the Red Carpet -- Literally -- for Spring Open House
Camden County College will roll out the red carpet to welcome prospective students of all ages and interests to its spring open house, which will run 9 to 11 a.m. April 28 on the Blackwood Campus.
An actual red carpet will show visiting students and their families the way into the Connector Building, which will be filled with displays and information. Attendees will be able to learn about the College’s academic programs of study, student services and extracurricular athletics, activities and events.
Prospective students of all educational backgrounds also will be able to:
meet CCC faculty, staff and students.
discuss career and transfer options.
obtain guidance regarding financial aid.
Tours of the campus will begin every 15 minutes throughout the event, and special tours of CCC’s automotive technology, computer graphics/game design, laser/photonics, ophthalmic/vision care technology and computer-integrated manufacturing/computer-aided drafting and design/engineering labs will be given at 11 a.m.
A special presentation for New Jersey Student Tuition Assistance Reward Scholarship (NJ STARS) recipients will be given at 10 a.m. This information session will take place in Madison Hall.
CCC is New Jersey’s most comprehensive community college as well as one of its largest. It also is one of the largest institutions of higher education in the region. The Blackwood Campus is located at College Drive and Peter Cheeseman Road in Gloucester Township.
