Instructors Win Camden County College's Adjunct Teaching Awards


A trio of longtime, part-time instructors received the Camden County College Adjunct Faculty Teaching Excellence Awards for the 2011-12 term.


All three recipients have extensive professional experience in their respective fields. Each was recognized for his or her outstanding work with students both inside and outside the classroom.


Honored were:


● Teresa Haney, a biology instructor in the Division of Mathematics, Science and Health Careers. Haney studied biology at Rosemont College and Rutgers University–Camden. She has taught at CCC for more than 11 years.


● Ryan Morrison, a video game design and development instructor in the Division of Business, Computer and Technical Studies. Morrison studied animation, illustration and art at the Art Institute of Philadelphia and Rowan University. He has taught at CCC for nine years.


● Jaime Vona, a psychology instructor in the Division of Arts, Humanities and Social Sciences. Vona studied psychology, counseling and therapy at Philadelphia University and Chestnut Hill College. She has taught at CCC for seven years.
